TASTING THE barrels

I documented the brewing process for North Brewing’s Telex, an 11% barrel-aged chocolate stout from their experimental arm, Field Recordings. During the shoot, Brewing Director Seb and Head Brewer Andy sampled the aged stout straight from the barrels.
