I worked on growing our Beer Club subscriptions, focusing on boosting revenue while carefully managing stock levels. Since we brought in beers from other breweries, we had to plan for a slow increase of subscriptions.

Each month, I helped to curate content for the Beer Club booklet, tying it seamlessly into our beer launch campaigns while offering exclusive perks to keep members excited. To bring in new sign-ups, I created targeted social and email campaigns, email was the real MVP. These campaigns tapped into FOMO, showcasing upcoming guest breweries and exclusive features that made joining irresistible. The result? A steady increase in subscribers and a stronger connection with our most loyal customers.
